  • Registration with reduced fee until: November 27th, 2026.

Reduced fee: 400 euros. 

Standard fee: 500 euros.

If you apply for a grant but are not awarded one, you will only pay the reduced registration fee.

Non-grant recipients do not need to complete the accommodation section, as hotel reservations will not be arranged by the organizers. However, providing your arrival and departure dates will help us plan meals.

Conference venue

The conference venue will be Classroom B-09 in the Mathematics Building (Building B) of the Faculty of Sciences, University of Zaragoza. The Mathematics Building is located at C/ Pedro Cerbuna, 12, on the San Francisco Campus of the University of Zaragoza.

The Mathematics Building (Google Maps link) is located on the San Francisco Campus. Once inside the building, classroom B-09 is on the second floor.

How to arrive in Zaragoza
  • By car. Zaragoza has direct motorway connections with Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia through the A-2 and A-23 motorways.

  • From Zaragoza-Delicias railway and bus station. The intermodal station connects high-speed trains, conventional trains and buses. To reach the campus, you can take the Ci2 or Ci4 urban bus lines. To return to the station, use the Ci1 or Ci3 lines.

  • By high-speed train. Zaragoza is an important railway hub, with high-speed connections to Madrid and Barcelona. The journey takes approximately 1 hour 20 minutes from either city.

  • From Zaragoza Airport. Zaragoza Airport has direct connections with London, Brussels, Milan and several Spanish cities.
